Robyn Lyn Evans

Biography

Tenor Robyn Lyn Evans was raised in Pont-rhyd-y-groes, Ceredigion, but now lives in Machynlleth. He graduated from Trinity College Carmarthen where he was awarded the Stuart Burrows bursary and from the Royal College of Music, London. Robyn started singing in the Eisteddfod competitions of Wales and highlights include Llangollen International Young Singer of the Year, Osborne Roberts Memorial Prize and David Ellis Memorial Prize. Previous MWO appearances include operatic galas, recordings and Lensky Eugene Onegin in 2018. He is delighted to be performing Luigi for the first time and looks forward to performing Rodolfo La bohème for MWO in 2022.
