Scottish Soprano Kate Valentine’s career has blossomed since her debut in Scottish Opera’s Five:15, and taken her on a richly rewarding journey from Mozart’s best loved heroines through Henze, Britten, Smetana, and more recently Puccini and Wagner. Her heartfelt dramatic interpretations and powerful soprano have seen her take major roles at English National Opera, Opera North, Scottish Opera, Welsh National Opera, Glyndebourne, Den Jyske Opera and the Théâtre du Châtelet, as well performing in many of the UK’s most prestigious concert halls.
